Can I approve or decline the timed out actions?
No, you cannot approve or decline those messages.
What does Timed out mean?
It means that the time for approval or decline is gone. Please, start the verification process again.
I note unusual activity from my device in History. What do I need to do?
You need to contact the service, which you subscribed to.
If I deleted an activity from the History, may I return it again?
No. it is not possible in our application.
How long history is stored?
It will be stored untill you delete it.
Can I make the sound louder?
Unfortunatelly, we don't provide it yet.
Can I have several accounts in COVR application?
It is possbile to have only one account for one mobile number.
How can I change my Code?
Please go to Settings sections, after that find Change Covr Code. There all the necessary information is provided.
Can I delete some connections from the list?
No. It is not possible in our application.
If I want to add a new connection what should I do?
Firstly, you need to regist in the server e.g bank, after that you will get a message to add a new connection.
