If I loose my phone do I need to start from the beginning?
Yes. You need to install the application again on your new mobile device.

Do I need internet to use COVR Security application?
You need internet connection to recieve a message. Otherwise, it doesn't work.

I have Dual sim card on my phone. Can I chose secondary one for verification?
No, only primary sim card can be used. In another case, you need to switch them manually.

No this is password free and you only need ONE 6 digit personal code for everything.

Your phone number will always be your username format + country code phone number

Why do you need my phone number?
Your phone number is needed to verify your account with the service you are connecting to. We also use the phone number in of our encryption algorithm. So you can feel safe that your data is secure.
